Dr. Kyle Benne was born and raised in Rapid City, South Dakota. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2019. Dr. Benne completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Dakota where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. He is thrilled to be living back in Rapid City and providing chiropractic care for families in the Black Hills community. Dr. Benne primarily uses Diversified technique for adjustments.
Dr. Benne’s goal is to provide specific chiropractic care in order to allow his patients to live a healthier, happier, and pain-free life. Growing up as an active individual in various sports such as wrestling, baseball, and track and field, he has special interest in providing care to athletes and active individuals. He enjoys helping others understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and perform optimally under the right conditions with decreased neurological interference. Outside of the office, Dr. Benne enjoys spending time with family, participating in local intramural sports, and being outdoors.

Dr. Cassie Benne is a Wisconsin native now serving the Rapid City community. She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2019. Dr. Benne has special interests in women’s health, pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric care. She is has certifications in perinatal chiropractic and Webster Technique by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and is also certified in pediatric chiropractic by the Academy Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP). Dr. Benne uses MC2 Technique analysis for specific and gentle nervous system (tonal) based adjustments.
Dr. Benne is passionate about living a clean, toxin-free lifestyle and the body’s ability to heal itself naturally from birth and beyond. She enjoys educating and empowering others about the innate ability the body has to self-heal when neurological interference is removed. Outside of the office, Dr. Benne enjoys spending time with family, traveling, being outdoors, and visiting local coffee shops.
